Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@maisonmanoha.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 10 of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement item.
